SHOULD YOUR BUSINESS BE ON PINTEREST? As soon as Pinterest emerged it was said that a huge percentage of people (mainly women, of course) where using the site to plan their weddings - whether or not they had the groom was irrelevant. The online pin board has proved very popular for the wedding industry and I believe we (my new employer) should embrace new technology and get on board. I suggested that we start pinning to reach a wider target audience. I began to pin all things weddings, Greece, Cyprus and now Malta (our new destination). Up to date, I have pinned, my pins have been re-pinned and I have liked pins. Will the success of Pinterest last or is this just a fad we will soon tire of? Who knows, for the meantime I’m on it!
